About
The Concession Bureau was founded on a simple observation: the hardest thing in a dispute is not being right. The hardest thing is conceding when you're wrong — or when being right has stopped mattering.
We draft concessions. That is the practice. We do it professionally, in writing, with appropriate grace. The other party receives a document that says, clearly, that you have conceded. That is a different thing from a conversation where concession is implied but not stated. Writing makes it real.
