The Process
Every concession is drafted, reviewed, and delivered with the same care. The process is consistent. The outcomes vary.
Intake
You describe the dispute, your position, the other party's position, and what you want to concede. We do not judge the dispute. We do not tell you whether you should concede. That decision is yours. We draft the concession you ask for.
Drafting
We draft the concession. Every concession gives ground gracefully — it acknowledges the specific point, expresses the concession clearly, and preserves your dignity in the process. A concession that humiliates the conceder is not well-written.
Review
You review the draft. We accommodate adjustments. We push back on adjustments that turn a concession into a non-concession; if you are going to concede, the document should actually concede. We have returned several drafts with this note.
Delivery
The concession is delivered in writing to the other party. We can deliver on your behalf or provide the document for you to deliver personally. Concessions delivered by a third party are received differently than concessions delivered personally. Neither is always better.
